Tracker Video Analysis of Falling



It was weird. It seemed like every third frame the video camera repeated a frame. Boo.
Does anyone have the knowledge or understanding of this matter to unlock its mystery?

    Digital video is sometimes a voodoo art. Your camera may be cursed. Try using a different one on the next assignment.
